Bina Khariton Managing Partner
Bina Khariton brings over 15 years of management experience to BHM Realty NY, providing the leadership, structure, and operational oversight that drive the firm’s success. Her background in management allows her to oversee properties and client relationships with precision, professionalism, and consistency.
A proud New Yorker who proudly calls herself a true city girl, Bina has a deep appreciation for the pace, complexity, and standards required to operate real estate in NYC. She is known for her organization, attention to detail, and hands-on approach, ensuring that every property is managed efficiently and every client receives a high level of service.
Bina plays a key role in daily operations, financial oversight, vendor coordination, and process improvement — helping create systems that protect assets, improve performance, and support long-term growth for property owners.
